As part of our comprehensive service, a member of our sales staff will review blueprints or take floor measurements on-site at no additional charge.

Seam Layouts
Based on our on-site measurements or blueprint review as well as your floor covering selections, our experienced staff will recommend seam layouts that complement the space and furniture placement. We will also detail any variation in material quantities that result from seam placement.

Scheduling
Proactive communication is the cornerstone of a successful installation, and Synergy Floor Covering will coordinate all correspondence between our suppliers and installers as well as your contractors prior to sending our certified installers on-site.

Pre-Installation Consultation
In addition to coordinating all scheduling logistics, we provide written confirmation to you and your client prior to installation. We will confirm the installation date and time, as well as provide the installer's name and instructions related to preparing the space for installation.

Care & Maintenance Instructions
You will receive care and maintenance information for any product you purchase during the sale process and prior to installation.
